Fournetix s.r.o. (Ltd.) provides IT services with technological advancement along with super-temporal requirements of the customers. Individual approach to clients in conjunction with effective procedures when solving the specific requirements of each project have become the corner stone for proper routing in terms of implementation of our customers` needs. The result of our work is the final implementation of a project within real environment. In order to finalize this phase successfully, we adhere to specific system procedures granting us smooth and effective process of implementation.

History
Fournetix s.r.o. was founded in 2004 with the main objective of starting to take advantage of the experience gained during previous projects. By means of consistent expansion we were gradually attracting clients for whom we solved specific problems within various areas.
The requirements of our clients were growing constantly - therefore, in 2006, we expanded our portfolio with new services and products which we have been constantly diversifying and improving ever since. The above mentioned key factors bind us to continual development and realization of new services and solutions, thus offering our clients not only effective processes, but faster expansion of their scope of operation as well.
Our Philosophy
Our ambition is to provide our clients with unique solutions and "customized" services along with abov-standard approach.
The problems and demands that emerged during the project realization or during the operation of a service are being solved promptly through our experienced co-workers and partners who are capable of providing the necessary change in the respective operation or carrying out a change in the project documentation.
How we Work
When solving the projects we adhere to the following development stages:
- The first stage is about defining the problem our client needs to solve. We try to identify all the information necessary in order to provide a successful solution to each project. The initial communication with the client serves as a basis for understanding the specific needs and subsequent successful proposal of a solution. The definition of preliminary specification and clarification of basic visions proves our fruitfulness within the first phase of implementation.
- During the second stage, our analysts and designers come up with solution possibilities in relation to the client`s needs based on preliminary specification, the needs and visions clarified during the first stage. The result of the second stage is a proposal of strategy as well as the exact specification, which is to serve as the basis for further project development. The resulting specification is made in cooperation with the client, subject to client`s further suggestions for improvement until specification of its final version.
- The third part covers the project development itself. The development is based on the proposed strategy and specified methods of procedure. The main emphasis is put on the quality of the developed blocks which are continuously tested in both simulated and real environments. On a from time to time bases we accept the suggestions from our clients and, subsequently, we try to include these proposals into the developed blocks. The result of this stage is the completion of the final solution.
- In the penultimate stage, the solution is implemented and tested right at the client`s premises. During this stage, for a certain period of time, the product comes into operation where it stays under the supervision of our technicians who try to identify as many problems during its use in real operation as possible. Close cooperation between the operational staff and our technicians guarantees the maintenance of relevant feedback, thus allowing us to bring the project into exact harmony with the client`s requirements.
- The final stage is the longest since this is when we try to provide particular support for the solution to be supplied. Our employees are constantly alert in order to provide help at any time and help to solve any problem that might emerge via e-mail, telephone or through personal contact. All the stages are general; however - if necessary, they can be unified or split into several parts, according to the specific needs of each project.

Our company has worked on the basis of principles of mutual cooperation with our partners for several years and this variability allowed us to gain considerable experience and numerous partnerships allowing us to operatively cover and provide a solution to any type of problem.

We are also open in terms of cooperation by the means of an outsourcing where we employ external co-workers for certain tasks or specific projects.
